Job Description

We have a new opportunity to be part of our Partnership Operations team in the role of Partnership Operations Manager.

In this pivotal position, you will take ownership of the Replica Car Programme, lead delivery of the Track Day Programme in the USA, and manage branding and operational elements of our F1 Academy commitments. You will also provide support on commercial and marketing projects, ensuring a high standard of delivery across all partner activations.

You’ll work closely with multiple internal departments and external partners to ensure assets outlined in partner contracts are executed seamlessly, representing the high standards of the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team.

You will be responsible for:

Replica Car Programme

  • Coordinating global logistics and transportation of the replica F1 car fleet, ensuring timely, compliant, and secure delivery.
  • Managing fleet schedules and availability in line with commercial agreements.
  • Acting as primary liaison with Partner Managers and internal teams for fleet planning.
  • Overseeing car branding, storage, security, upkeep, and maintenance.
  • Liaising with Legal to ensure loan agreements and insurance coverage.
  • Maintaining relationships with external show car providers and managing orders.
  • Monitoring and optimising logistics performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Managing budgets and providing regular updates to the Senior Partnership Operations Manager.

Track Day Programme

  • Leading the USA Track Day Programme and overseeing the UK programme through the Partnerships Operations Executive.
  • Collaborating with Aston Martin Lagonda and internal teams to schedule and deliver experiences.
  • Managing all aspects of guest coordination including lists, dietary requirements, and joining instructions.
  • Attending track days to ensure flawless execution.

F1 Academy

  • Overseeing branding of cars, garages, tech wear and helmets.
  • Working with PREMA and F1 Academy stakeholders to ensure compliance and consistency.

Project Management

  • Supporting cross-functional initiatives such as the pre-season photoshoot, filming days, PR days, and other commercial activations.

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • Proven experience in partnerships operations, logistics, or project management—ideally in motorsport or a high-performance industry.
  • Project management experience, ideally from within an agency or event environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to represent the team professionally.
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing tasks.
  • Budget management and supplier coordination experience.
  • Comfortable working with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality, including company intellectual property and processes.
  • High standard of written and spoken English, including the ability to create compelling partner communications and documentation.
  • Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally and work flexibly to meet business needs.
  • A valid UK driving licence.

This is a full-time office-based role based at our campus in Silverstone, with additional requirement to travel where necessary.
