Requirements
- 5+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at a high-growth SaaS company
- Proven success in driving sales opportunities from lead generation to closure, negotiating agreements, and building partnerships
- Ability to understand technical concepts and architectural scenarios quickly, and explain them clearly verbally and in writing
- University degree
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (when travel resumes)
Nice to have:
- Experience in automation, integration, RPA, or data & analytics
- Native/fluent in German, French, or other European languages

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the EMEA partner strategy
- Recruit and onboard partners across EMEA
- Activate partners through training, planning, and joint GTM activities
- Host strategic partner QBRs
- Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and marketing teams
- Meet and exceed partner-sourced ARR targets
