Job Description:

Multi-service practice with a fantastic reputation for client service has a new requirement for a Partner to develop an Immigration Department as part of their wider firm offering. You will serve as the main point of contact for UK immigration queries, particularly within the corporate & HNW private immigration space.

This award-winning firm has grown significantly and is looking to hire a senior operator to lead the development of their immigration services.

This is a great opportunity to develop the immigration function within a globally recognized multi-service practice.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Act as the main contact for clients regarding UK immigration legislation, including M&A, corporate structure, secondments, recruitment, contracts of employment, TUPE, etc.
• Provide advice to HNW Private Clients on immigration queries
• Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell firm services and offer a comprehensive approach
• Advise corporations on Global Mobility/Skilled Worker visa categories and act as a Level 1 User on the Sponsor Management System
• Visit client sites to provide training and conduct audits on immigration compliance
• Lead business development initiatives and drive new firm projects

You will be:

• A Senior Solicitor/Partner with extensive experience in UK immigration law, preferably from a city or global law firm environment.
• Proven track record in developing commercial solutions for clients.
• Capable of building strong client relationships, providing main contact services to high-profile clients.
• Experienced in business development, cross-selling services, and generating revenue with growth potential.
• Strong background in advising on both corporate and HNW private client immigration.
