Job summary

Westcoast Cloud in the UK is seeking a Partner Engagement Manager to grow the reseller partner base across the UK and Ireland. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities in Microsoft Cloud, Security, AI and Modern Workplace, and supporting onboarding, enablement and business planning to drive ongoing partner growth.

This external role requires regular travel throughout the UK and Ireland, with responsibilities spanning partner meetings, training sessions, events and ongoing

Qualifications

• Track record in sales within the IT channel (distributor or reseller).
• Passionate about software and delivering excellence.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder with presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt approach for skilled and unskilled users.
• Willingness to travel in the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop partner growth opportunities across Cloud, Security, AI and Modern Workplace solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with reseller partners across the UK and Ireland.
• Act as primary point of contact for partner engagement, queries and issue resolution.
• Support onboarding, enablement, business planning and adoption of Westcoast Cloud programmes and services.
• Coordinate activity across sales, technical, marketing and partner success teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.
• Record partner engagement and sales activity in CRM accurately.
