Are you a seasoned Employment Lawyer looking to step into a Partnership role with the support and infrastructure of a successful full-service firm? We’re working in partnership with a highly regarded London practice that is looking to appoint a Salaried Partner to join their growing Employment Law team, working alongside two experienced Partners on a wide variety of high-quality respondent-focused matters.
This is an outstanding opportunity to play a key leadership role in a team that’s expanding in line with growing client demand—offering excellent career prospects, a strong platform, and the chance to shape the future of the department.
The Role
You’ll join as a key senior figure in the team, leading complex employment matters and advising a broad client base on contentious and non-contentious issues. With a 70/30 split in favour of respondent work, the role includes:
