The Role

We’re looking for a founding Chief Technology Officer with a Partner mindset, capable of leading TokuGoᴬᴵ from MVP to scale.

You will:

• Spearhead MVP development across XR, AI, Web3, and spatial tech.
• Build and lead a technical team from the ground up.
• Architect and implement core systems including Quantum AI integration, XR navigation, Web3 tokenomics, and a computer vision-enhanced deal engine.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business leadership to co-create an entirely new category of on-demand spatial commerce.
• Drive tech due diligence, security infrastructure, and compliance planning across AI, blockchain, and privacy regulations.

Tech Stack & Future Focus

You don’t need to know everything, but should be able to lead or build teams across:

• Quantum AI frameworks or Quantum-inspired ML models
• AI/ML: GPT-based recommendation engines, personalisation, behaviour prediction
• XR & Spatial Computing: Unity/Unreal, 8th Wall, Google Maps AR, WebXR
• Computer Vision: object detection, real-time recognition, AR overlays
• Web3: NFTs, wallets, token rewards, smart contracts (Solidity/Rust), marketplaces
• Frontend/Backend: React Native, Node.js, Adalo (for rapid prototyping), Firebase/Firestore
• Security: End-to-end encryption, zero-trust architecture, smart contract audits

Ideal Candidate

• 10–15+ years in full-stack or system architecture roles, ideally at startups or in emerging tech.
• Built or scaled a product with real-time, AI, or AR functionality.
• Solid understanding of tokenomics, smart contracts, and NFT infrastructure.
• Passionate about future-forward tech, spatial commerce, and user-first design.
• Visionary yet pragmatic — able to architect long-term while shipping MVPs fast.
• Excited by sweat equity at first, with significant upside after funding or early revenue.
