We are working with one of the largest engineering consultancy partnerships in the UK to assist with a strategic hire in their London office.

They are seeking a Technical Director who can act as a team leader while building on existing relationships and repeat business. You will develop an in-depth understanding of clients' needs to provide a tailored service that adds real value to their engineering solutions.

The firm prefers their Directors to be practising engineers so they can take full responsibility for projects within their remit. This personal involvement extends to team resourcing and training, as well as responding to client needs and project delivery.

Can you provide the leadership and strategic direction needed to drive business and market penetration in the region?
