Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates, on behalf of a leading UK law firm, seeks a Partner to head its Corporate, Restructuring & Advisory Team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The successful candidate will lead complex restructurings, acquisitions and insolvency matters across sectors, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

A minimum of 7 years’ PQE in corporate restructuring is essential, along with a proven leadership and business development track record.

The team has extensive expertise in handling a wide range of business restructuring and insolvency matters across various sectors. The successful candidate will work across key areas such as litigation, insolvency, funds, disposals, and acquisitions.

To be considered for this role, you should be a highly experienced lawyer with at least 7 years’ PQE and a solid background in corporate restructuring work.
