Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates, on behalf of a leading UK law firm, seeks a Partner to head its Corporate, Restructuring & Advisory Team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The successful candidate will lead complex restructurings, acquisitions and insolvency matters across sectors, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

A minimum of 7 years’ PQE in corporate restructuring is essential, along with a proven leadership and business development track record.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years’ PQE in corporate restructuring.
• Proven leadership and client relationship management.
• Experience across litigation, insolvency, funds, disposals, and acquisitions.

Responsibilities
