North York Moors National Park Authority is seeking a part-time Future Generations Wellbeing Manager (30 hours/week) to cover maternity leave. You will lead engagement with children, young people and families, co-ordinating Future Generations activity, managing staff and volunteers, and developing partnerships to support wellbeing and nature connection across the Park.

You’ll oversee youth volunteering, champion Youth Voice and ensure safeguarding and equality requirements are met, while

• Experience delivering youth engagement programmes.
• Experience working with multiple agencies and organisations.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, staff and volunteers.
• Ability to monitor and evaluate outcomes for children, families and youth engagement.
• Strong relationship building with partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engagement with children, young people and families.
• Coordinate Future Generations activity across the Authority.
• Manage staff, volunteers and partners; develop inclusive opportunities.
• Oversee youth volunteering and champion Youth Voice.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and equality compliance.
• Monitor impact of activities and manage projects, budgets and resources.
• Develop partnerships and seek funding opportunities.
• Represent the Authority at project meetings and update website content.
