Parklands Care Homes in Aberlour (Speyside) is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator to join a dedicated care team. The role is part-time (25 hours per week) with shifts on days on a rotational basis, including weekends.

The hourly rate is £14.00 and prior sponsorship is not available, with the right to work in the UK required. You’ll promote residents’ health and wellbeing through physical activity, mental stimulation, and social engagement, while coordinating activities and ensuring clear

Responsabilidades

• Promote general health and mental wellbeing of residents.
• Provide and assist residents to access recreational activities.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors and healthcare professionals.
• Observe, monitor and record residents' conditions and update care plans.
• Support residents to stay mobile and follow falls management procedures.
• Assist with health and safety of residents, staff and visitors.
• Ensure interactions with residents benefit their health and wellbeing during activities and meals.
• Support the Manager with implementing falls/fractures initiatives and activity agendas.
• Attend mandatory training and maintain confidentiality.
