Job summary

The Recruitment Duo is seeking a Website Content Coordinator to audit, rewrite and create engaging website content for a significant digital transformation project. The role is part-time (20 hours per week) with hybrid working options, based in Coventry CV4 and home working.

You will collaborate with the Communications & Marketing team to ensure accessible, clear and user-focused content aligned with brand voice.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience writing, editing and proofreading content for websites or digital channels.
• Experience managing complex content projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience gathering information from subject matter experts and translating it into engaging content for target audiences.
• Experience reviewing and improving content for usability, readability and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit, review and redevelopment of website content across the organisation.
• Write, edit and proofread high-quality website copy reflecting tone, brand values and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to translate information into clear, student-friendly content.
• Apply user research and content strategy to improve usability and navigation.
• Support content migration and population of the new website using the CMS.
• Contribute to editorial standards and sustainable workflows.
