Job summary

JCT600 Ltd in Sheffield is seeking a part-time Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims and ensure documentation and parts are processed in line with company procedures.

You will review job cards, manage returns, support reporting, and maintain accurate records while working flexibly across 8:30 to 5:30 and 20 hours per week.

The role demands automotive experience, strong attention to detail, and good communication; Kerridge knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the automotive trade.

• Experience with Kerridge or similar dealer management systems.

Responsibilities

• Submit accurate, compliant warranty and goodwill claims.
• Reviewing job cards and documentation to ensure claims meet Brand and Company standards.
• Managing warranty parts returns and maintain precise claim records.
• Supporting warranty reporting and help resolve any discrepancies.
• Consistently meeting audit standards through attention to detail and teamwork.
