Job summary

ACT Entertainment through its Ambersphere Solutions division is seeking a part-time Warehouse Operator in London. You will support receiving, storing and dispatching goods, invoicing, and on-site duties on a 9:30–14:30 schedule (Mon–Fri).

The role involves stock checks, safe storage, and accurate record-keeping. Prior warehouse experience and basic inventory software skills are preferred; forklift reach truck licence is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations and loading/unloading.
• Basic knowledge of stock control and inventory processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check goods using barcode systems and log stock movements.
• Process and check in customer repairs.
• Pick and dispatch goods and arrange deliveries.
• Conduct quarterly stock checks and reconcile differences.
• Maintain organized warehouse for easy access.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and keep workspace clean.
