Job summary

Primark in Blackpool is seeking a creative Visual Merchandiser to drive the store’s look and maximise sales. You’ll work with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Manager to reflect the Primark customer through outstanding product presentation, windows and mannequin styling.

If you love fashion and design, you’ll review displays, propose refresh ideas, maintain POS materials, and build strong relationships with store colleagues.

Qualifications

• Some previous retail and ideally some visual merchandising experience.
• Eye for detail and awareness of fashion trends.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong service focus and customer care.
• Good problem-solving and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Visual Merchandising Manager/Store Manager to reflect the Primark customer through excellent product presentation, windows and mannequin styling.
• Review and adapt displays ensuring they are commercially successful and relevant to the local customer.
• Provide feedback regarding successful product lines and suggestions for refresh and alternative products.
• Maintain all picture and poster POS in line with company guidelines and keep up to date throughout the store.
• Develop strong relationships and collaborate with the store management team.
