Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Blackpool is looking for a creative Visual Merchandiser on a fixed-term contract (30 hours per week). You will help deliver an inspiring visual proposition for the Primark brand to enhance the customer experience and maximise sales.

You’ll work with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Manager to reflect the customer through product presentation, windows and mannequin styling, and you’ll adapt displays to local trends.

Qualifications

• Some previous retail and ideally some visual merchandising experience.
• An eye for detail and awareness of fashion trends and latest styles.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong service focus with experience of delivering excellent customer service.
• Good problem-solving skills with interest in developing commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising Manager/Store Manager to reflect the Primark customer through product presentation, windows and mannequin styling.
• Review and adapt displays to be commercially successful and relevant to the local customer.
• Provide feedback on successful product lines and refresh suggestions.
• Maintain all picture and poster POS in line with company guidelines and keep up to date throughout the store.
• Develop strong relationships with the store management team.
