Working with Audi means joining a business that’s driving the modernisation of personal transportation. You’ll be supported by a team committed to your development, with opportunities to learn, grow and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We’re looking for a Sales Administrator who is organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working collaboratively to get things right first time for our customers.

Your Journey as a Vehicle Administrator:

  • Manage registration and taxation for new vehicles, handling documentation with precision to guarantee everything is completed correctly the first time
  • Work closely with the sales team to support the entire sales process — from initial enquiry through to handover, delivering an exceptional customer experience every step of the way
  • Process invoices and register manufacturer warranties efficiently, maintaining up-to-date and compliant records across all systems

Do you have what it takes to be a Stratstone colleague? We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A strong background in administration, ideally in a busy, fast-faced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are key
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel and digital systems, through managing data, reporting and documentation daily
  • The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and stay focused whilst finding solutions quickly
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring every order, invoice and documentation is exactly how it should be
  • Experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous, however this role would also be suitable for talented administrator from other sectors who are eager to learn
