Stratstone Audi Milton Keynes is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Audi team. You will represent a premier brand, supported by leaders invested in your success, with tools and training from day one to help you grow and thrive.

You’ll be involved in creating great customer experiences, building product knowledge, driving sales leads, and delivering complete car packages with finance options, while adhering to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for new and used Audi vehicles while following the sales process.
• Build product knowledge and understand FCA compliance.
• Turn leads into booked appointments and close sales.
• Deliver complete packages including accessories and finance options.
• Provide excellent customer experience from first contact to vehicle handover.

Stratstone Audi Milton Keynes

Basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE of £50,000, 40-hour working week, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:

• Creating great experiences for our customers, from the moment they make initial contact; to helping them discover their perfect vehicle; to the day they drive away their highly anticipated new car
• Building your knowledge and expertise on our products and services, ensuring you build a genuine passion for the brand and are motivated to represent it with pride and excellence
• Becoming a true champion of the sales process, driving forwards all new and used car enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised
• Delivering not just a new car but a complete, unique package to help your customers make the most of their purchase, upselling on accessories, extended warranty and finance packages
• Meeting the required standards for providing fair financial advice and services to our customers, adhering to FCA regulations
