Stratstone Audi Oldham is seeking a Parts Advisor to join the team and act as the essential link between the workshop, customers and suppliers. You will deliver exceptional service, ensure stock accuracy, and help keep the workshop running smoothly.

The role emphasises accuracy, efficiency and customer satisfaction, with a base salary disclosed and a package including pension, life assurance and extensive holiday entitlement.

As a Parts Advisor at Audi you’ll be the trusted link between our workshop, customers, and suppliers—delivering exceptional service while ensuring the right parts are always in the right place at the right time. Do you have what it takes to be a Stratstone colleague? We’re looking for someone who is:

• A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service, with a positive and proactive approach


• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment


• Good computer literacy and confidence using internal systems for stock management and invoicing


• Previous experience in a parts or automotive environment is desirable, but we also welcome applications from those with strong customer service backgrounds and a willingness to learn


• Full UK manual driving licence desirable not essential
