Job summary

Evans Halshaw Coatbridge Ford is seeking a part-time Sales Administrator to support our busy sales team in managing vehicle orders, registrations and handover documentation to the highest standard.

You’ll work closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth end-to-end process from initial enquiry through to customer handover, handling invoices, warranties and compliance while delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in administration and accuracy in a busy environment.
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel and digital systems for data and documentation.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and stay focused to find solutions quickly.
• Keen eye for detail ensuring orders, invoices and documents are correct.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all vehicle orders, registrations and handover documents are accurate and up to date.
• Process invoices and register manufacturer warranties, maintaining compliant records.
• Support the sales team from initial enquiry through to handover, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
