Part-Time University Receptionist and Administrator

Are you looking for a varied and rewarding role where you can demonstrate your outstanding customer service skills? We are recruiting a University Receptionist and Administrator, and you could be just the person we need.

As part of a small, close-knit team of receptionists, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to the University, helping them navigate our campuses and services.

Our team has a shared purpose to provide an outstanding customer experience with a passion to support our community. We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive team member who is driven by a desire to support our customers.

You will have:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks whilst delivering outstanding customer service
  • Experience responding quickly to situations and taking ownership to identify and resolve issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A comprehensive understanding of cloud-based software including Teams or equivalent

You will be working Monday to Friday, 1pm to 5pm at Visitor Reception on our Highfield campus.
