Job description

Are you looking for a varied and rewarding role where you can demonstrate your outstanding customer service skills? We are recruiting a University Receptionist and Administrator, and you could be just the person we need.

As part of a small, close-knit team of receptionists, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to the University, helping them navigate our campuses and services.

Our team has a shared purpose to provide an outstanding customer experience with a passion to support our community. We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive team member who is driven by a desire to support our customers.

You Will Have
  1. Outstanding customer service skills
  2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks whilst delivering outstanding customer service
  3. Experience responding quickly to situations and taking ownership to identify and resolve issues.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  5. A comprehensive understanding of cloud-based software including Teams or equivalent

You will be working Monday to Friday, 1pm to 5pm at Visitor Reception on our Highfield campus.
