Qualifications

• Experience shipping design systems for SaaS or B2B products.
• Strong Figma skills with components, variants, and bound variables.
• Comfortable working directly with engineers.
• Understanding of accessibility basics.
• A portfolio of real, shipped products.

Responsibilities

• Build a design system spanning web and mobile in Figma.
• Create a trustworthy Figma library with foundations, components, and patterns.
• Document the design system and prepare handoffs to engineers.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement product screens using the design system.
