Qualifications

Strong UX/UI design experience across digital projects.
End-to-end UX capability from discovery to delivery.
Excellent visual design and UI skills with a strong portfolio.
Advanced Figma proficiency and experience with design systems.
Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience incorporating AI tools into design workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead UX and UI design across digital projects.
Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
Develop and maintain design systems.
Translate user, business, and technical requirements into seamless experiences.
Use research, analytics, and feedback to inform design decisions.
Present concepts and design rationale to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards.
Leverage AI tools to enhance design workflows and productivity.
