Job summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support the administration of our Learning Hub. You will handle learner support, system configuration and ongoing maintenance, collaborating with staff across departments to ensure data quality and system effectiveness.

The role is part-time (18.75 hours per week) on a permanent contract, with a pro rata salary of £33,262–£36,027 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience as an LMS Administrator with end-to-end responsibilities.
• Experience using learning platforms and data reporting.
• Knowledge of governance and data quality in learning systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for the Learning Hub.
• Create and maintain course pages, audiences, and reports.
• Manage learner records, accounts and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with workforce, IT and trainers to improve the system.
