The Royal Marsden NHS Trust is looking for a skilled and motivated Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support the administration of our digital learning platform. The role involves providing end-to-end LMS administration, including learner support, system configuration, and maintenance activities. Applicants must have experience working as a LMS Administrator., 1.1 The post holder will provide operational and administrative support for the Trust's Learning Management System (Learning Hub), ensuring the effective delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of digital learning resources. Working closely with internal departments, trainers, subject matter experts, and system providers, they will support the administration of learning content, maintain system functionality, and uphold data quality standards.1.2 Key responsibilities include managing a comprehensive portfolio of online learning courses, audiences, certifications, assessments, evaluations, and dashboards; maintaining learner records and user accounts; producing statutory, compliance, and ad hoc reports; and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of learning data in line with Information Governance requirements.1.3 The role requires close collaboration with workforce, administrative, and technical teams to support system enhancements, testing activities, and ongoing service improvements. The post holder will provide guidance on course administration and reporting and help ensure organisational compliance with learning and development requirements.
