Pertemps are recruiting for two Part-time Telesales positions to join our client’s team in Saltash. This role involves engaging with existing customers, introducing them to preloaded product deals, and processing orders.

Role:Part-Time Telesales (x2 positions) – Approx. 18 hours per week
Location:Saltash
Hours:8:00am – 11:30am (flexible for the right person)
Pay Rate:£13.75 per hour
Contract:Temp-to-Perm
Start Date:ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting existing retail customers and promoting product deals
  • Processing orders and managing customer queries
  • Building relationships and encouraging repeat business
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and order processing
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Sales-focused mindset with the ability to upsell where appropriate
  • Good attention to detail for processing orders accurately
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Previous Salesexperience is essential
