Job summary

EE Merthyr Tydfil contact centre is hiring for a part-time Sales Advisor role (20 hours per week). You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, learning to navigate the tech products we sell.

You’ll need to be a great listener and fluent talker, with energy and a passion for delivering great service. EE offers uncapped commission, a pro-rata salary starting at £26,116 rising to £26,738 after eight months, and generous benefits.
