EE Merthyr Tydfil Contact Centre is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor to join our vibrant team. You’ll handle incoming calls from EE customers, guide them to the best mobile and broadband deals and help them explore EE tech products.

If you’re energetic, enjoy talking to people and want an engaging, flexible role, this is for you. You’ll be part of a friendly Merthyr team, with 20 hours per week and evening shifts from 4:45PM to 9:00PM, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Help customers navigate the different tech products EE sells.
• Be a great listener and fluent talker to match customers with the right product.
