Job summary

EE Merthyr Tydfil is hiring a part-time Sales Advisor to join our Merthyr contact centre. You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, while guiding them through the tech products we offer.

With a lively, outgoing personality and strong listening skills, you’ll match customers to the right product. The role offers a pro-rata salary of £26,116–£26,738, uncapped commission, and great benefits.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required; must be able to communicate clearly and engage customers.
• Experience in customer service or sales is helpful; confident in handling calls.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.
