Qualifications

• Understanding of risk management and safeguarding.
• Willingness to work towards Level 3 Leadership & Management if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Ensure up-to-date support plans reflecting individuals' goals and preferences.
• Lead and support a team, including staff recruitment and training needs.
• Plan rotas to ensure adequate staffing and service delivery.
