Job summary

Lancashire County Council are advertising a part-time Teaching Assistant role at Cribden House Community Special School in Rawtenstall. Essential qualifications include Level 2 or above and Level 2 English/Literacy and Maths. DBS due diligence applies and safeguarding is a priority.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or above qualification appropriate to the post.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement learning activities for individuals and groups.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to the class teacher.
• Establish supportive and constructive relationships with pupils, parents and carers.
• Assist with tasks related to a Special School environment as needed.
