Twynham School is seeking a Teaching Assistant on a permanent basis to join our Learning Support team. The role focuses on helping young people to learn and thrive in class and in the wider school community.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at least grade 4/C (or equivalent).
• Willingness to develop skills through training and development.
• Ability to support students with SEND in and out of the classroom.

• Assist with supporting young people to learn and thrive in the classroom.
• Support the Learning Support team in implementing classroom strategies.
• Promote safeguarding and welfare of children in line with policies.
