The role focuses on Self-Assessment, Corporation Tax and Capital Gains Tax with deadlines to meet and direct client liaison. The position offers an office-based, part-time arrangement and a supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• A recognised tax and/or accountancy qualification.
• Experience in a tax-focused role, ideally within an accountancy practice.
• Strong working knowledge of Personal Tax, Corporation Tax and Capital Gains Tax.
• Experience in tax advisory or HMRC involvement would be advantageous.
• Excellent organisation with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach with clients.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

• Preparation and submission of Self-Assessment Tax Returns for individuals.
• Preparation and submission of Corporation Tax Returns for limited companies.
• Preparation and calculation of Capital Gains Tax liabilities and returns.
• Managing client tax compliance requirements, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Providing advice and guidance on relevant tax legislation and regulations.
• Liaising with clients regarding tax queries and ongoing requirements.
• Dealing with HMRC correspondence and enquiries as required.
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with tax law.
• Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients.
