Job summary

Vision for Education LTD is seeking a Part-Time Swimming Coach in London to join our client’s Infant/Primary setting. You will deliver swimming strokes and water-skills for 5–11 year olds, under the supervision of a class teacher.

The role requires water-safety oversight and a recognised Swimming Coach accreditation, with flexible, part-time hours. Salary ranges from £18 to £25 per hour, paid PAYE, with benefits including a guaranteed pay scheme (subject to availability) and ongoing CPD

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised Swimming Coach accreditation.
• Be willing to obtain a Fully Enhanced DBS check.
• Provide two professional references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver swimming strokes and water-skills suitable for ages 5–11.
• Coaching classes alongside a School Class Teacher.
• Maintain water safety at all times.

Part-Time Swimming Coach

A medium-sized Infants and Junior setting situated in Alexandra Park are seeking a Part-Time Swimming Coach to join their team immediately, for the remainder of the academic year.

The role will involve the delivery of all swimming strokes and water-skills appropriate to age , coaching classes of Primary aged children aged anywhere from 5-11 years of age . Classes will be accompanied by a School Class Teacher. The successful Part-time Swimming Coach must exercise water safety all times, and hold a recognised Swimming Coach accreditation.

The school is accessible from both Alexandra Park and Wood Green station

Requirements

The desired Part-Time Swimming Coach will have;

• A recognised Swimming Coach accreditation.
• Hold a Fully Enhanced Child Workforce DBS check, or be willing to obtain one
• Two Professional references
