Forever Savvy is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Support Worker / Job Coach to join our friendly team at Creative Savvy. This is a varied and meaningful role supporting adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities to build confidence, independence and practical life skills.
You will support people through hands-on activities including gardening, woodworking, creative projects and everyday learning. At Creative Savvy, we grow produce in our allotment-style garden and create handmade wooden products from recycled pallets.
This role would suit someone who is patient, encouraging and confident supporting others to try new things. You do not need previous social care experience, as full training and development will be provided.
What matters most is your attitude. We are looking for someone who is kind, reliable, patient and willing to learn. If you enjoy helping people, being creative and working as part of a team, this could be the right role for you.
