P3 Charity in Cambridge is seeking a Support Worker to join our accommodation-based services. You’ll be a keyworker providing housing-related support to adults experiencing mental illness, helping develop skills for independent living.

This role is 21 hours per week, on a 2-week rolling rota, site-based. You’ll work with partners across the county, recording paperwork on our IT system and adhering to DBS checks. Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• DBS check required by DBS for this post.
• Experience in housing-related support is desirable.
• Ability to work in Cambridge accommodation-based services.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing-related support to adults experiencing mental illness.
• Act as a keyworker and help develop skills for independent living.
• Record paperwork accurately on the internal IT system.
• Collaborate with partners across the county using a multi-agency approach.
