Job summary

Mirus is looking for a Part-time Support Worker to join a dedicated team in Gorseinon, Swansea. You’ll help people to engage in activities, build relationships, and participate in community life, with mileage paid and extensive training available.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and offers progression through a funded QCF Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification, alongside substantial support, a sleep-in/wake-in pay structure, and a flexible schedule. Salary shown is per hour.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• QCF Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification is funded/required if not already achieved.

Responsibilities

• Help people to do the things they enjoy and live good lives.
• Assist with household tasks, shopping, meals, personal care, and routines.
• Encourage relationships with family, friends, and community.
