Job summary

Dimensions Ltd is seeking a Part Time Support Worker in Caister-on-Sea to support two women and one man with learning disabilities to live full, active lives. The role is 12 hours per week with shifts across the week, including alternate weekends; a full UK driving licence is essential, along with access to your own car and business insurance.

You will provide personal care, help with daily living and engage in hobbies both at home and in the community, including water-based activities.

Qualifications

• Comfortable providing personal care.
• Patient, adaptable and able to build trusting relationships.
• Confident in water and able to participate in physical and outdoor activities.

Responsibilities

• Support two women and one man with learning disabilities to live full, active and independent lives.
• Provide personal care, meal preparation and maintain the home.
• Help participants enjoy activities they care about, such as horse riding, cycling, swimming or days out.
