Ayrshire Independent Living Network (AILN) is seeking a compassionate Support Worker (Part-Time) in Girvan. The role provides one-to-one support to a young woman in her home and local community, focusing on rebuilding confidence, independence and daily living skills.

The successful candidate will ensure person-centred support, dignity, and safety at all times. Role requires a patient, kind and encouraging approach, with a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support for the young woman in Girvan.
• Encourage independence in daily living and community activities.
• Assist with personal care, dressing and choosing weather-appropriate clothing.
• Support in light household tasks and meal preparation in line with vegan diet.
• Promote safety and build confidence through patient, person-centred support.
