Job summary

Vetro Recruitment is seeking reliable Secondary Supply Teachers to work in Cardiff schools on a flexible, day-to-day basis. You set your own schedule, choosing 1–3 days per week or more, with no planning after hours.

Job Title: Secondary Supply Teacher

Location: Cardiff, Cardiff County, Wales / South Wales

Salary: £173.00 per day minimum

Employment Type: Part-time, Temporary, Long-term - 8:30 a.m to 3:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or be willing to register.
• Demonstrate strong classroom presence, excellent communication skills, and confidence in managing secondary learners.
• Possess an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or be willing to process one.
• Have a proactive, adaptable attitude suited to various school environments.
