WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Part-Time Supervisor

YOU WILL

• Support the Store Manager and work as part of a team
• Help in problem-solving, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring product quality
• Ensure product quality and customer service meet company standards
• Lead team members to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of kiosks
• Provide a safe and clean environment for employees and customers
• Ensure efficient daily operations by bubble baristas
• Protect store assets by following safety, stock handling, security, maintenance, and cash procedures
• Remain calm and observant during busy periods or unforeseen situations, deploying team members as needed
• Manage and create content for TikTok
• Complete other reasonable tasks assigned by the company

YOU ARE

• Experienced in driving high sales in fast-paced food/beverage environments (preferred)
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the UK
• An energetic person with a positive attitude and a 'can-do' mindset
• Consistent in attendance and punctuality
• Eager to learn new skills and share knowledge with customers and team members
