ABOUT THE ROLE

The laundry is the beating heart of Bamford Collection. Every part of our business, from kitchens to spa and holiday cottages, involves laundry. We ensure every guest receives the same high standard, whether it's a freshly pressed napkin or a clean bath towel and robe in our spa.

We are seeking a Team Leader to join us, manage teams, and lead by example in this department.

Salary:

£13.90 - Full Time

Hours:

We operate 7 days a week; flexibility is essential. Shifts are from 6am to 2:30pm or 1:30pm to 10pm on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

1. Assist team members proactively and flexibly.
2. Work well within a team and independently.
3. Deliver excellent customer service consistently.
4. Ensure timely laundry turnaround.
5. Process laundry from various departments across Bamford Collection.
6. Adhere to laundry operational standards.
7. Drive social and environmental improvements, contributing to our B Corp journey and sustainability goals.
8. Inspire and empower customers, suppliers, and partners towards conscious living and working, creating positive global impact.

Skills You Will Bring

• Experience in a similar role and team leadership is desirable.
