Job summary

Simmons Bakers in the United Kingdom is seeking a shop supervisor to support daily operations in our busy bakery shop. You will assist in opening and closing, serve a range of baked items and made-to-order foods, and help manage a small team of staff.

As a supervisor, you should be reliable, team-focused and prepared to contribute across all areas of running a busy retail catering shop. The role requires flexibility with weekend closing duties and continuous on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• A customer-facing role preparing & serving a range of baked items and made-to-order food in our bakery shop.
• There will be occasions when you will be responsible for closing the shop on weekends so some experience is essential.
