Job summary

The Range is recruiting a Coffee Shop Supervisor for our Bournemouth store. This permanent, part-time role involves supervising the cafe, assisting in food preparation, serving customers, and upholding high standards of service.

Some weekend work is required, but late evenings are not. Responsibilities include deputising in the manager’s absence, health and safety, front and back of house duties, cleaning, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and remain reliable under pressure.
• Excellent communication and English language skills.
• Must comply with health, safety and food hygiene rules.

Responsibilities

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent, Part Time, Coffee Shop Supervisor in our coffee shop. This role does include some weekend working, however does not include late evenings.

Responsibilities

Deputise in managers absence, perform a variety of tasks associated with food production, front and back of house services including food preparation, customer service, till operation, cleaning, Health & Safety, food hygiene and other general duties associated with working in a catering environment.
