Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administer, bill, collect and recover a range of debts including Sundry Debts, Housing Benefit Overpayments and BID levies.
• Maximise income collection while ensuring fair treatment of customers.
• Provide timely updates and maintain accurate records in line with policy.
