Bristol Students' Union (Bristol SU) is hiring a part-time Student Housing Advisor to support Bristol University students with housing advice and advocacy. The role involves three days on-site in various campuses and one day from a confidential home space, with a starting salary of £27,972 pro rata.

Qualifications

• Experience in advice and advocacy, ideally housing-related.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to hold and manage a caseload and keep clear case notes.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on housing issues and tenancy rights.
• Signpost to internal and external services as needed.
• Maintain accurate case records and produce written reports.
