Job summary

Exeter Hospital is seeking a Stress Lab Technician (Part-Time) to support the stress testing lab under physician direction. The role includes preparing patients for tests, monitoring during tests, identifying abnormal ECGs and blood pressure findings, and reporting results to the physician.

Responsibilities also include performing ECGs, recording data for interpretation in Meditech, and handling charges entry.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent, or post-secondary training or training in allied health field.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and monitors patients during stress testing.
• Identifies arrhythmias; documents and takes action.
• Records data for interpretation and enters charges into Meditech.
• Performs ECGs; reviews ECGs for completeness and accuracy.
• Performs all duties of an ECG technician.
