Job summary

Musgrave Group Plc in Northern Ireland is hiring a Part-time Team Lead to support the leadership team in the day-to-day running of the store, while helping to drive the brand, sales and net profit. This role requires flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends with a shift pattern set within store hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in busy convenience or supermarket retailing.
• Experience with stock control and rota planning.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• Knowledge of fresh food retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Support store manager to maximise KPIs.
• Lead colleagues to follow health & safety standards.
• Manage store in absence of Store/Assistant Manager, including key holding.
• Represent the company and model its values daily.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain store standards.
• Support stock take preparation and improvements in stock results.
• Coach and develop team members; be hands-on in roles.
• Handle occasional cover of post office, deli or other areas as needed.
