Job summary

Robert Dyas East Hagbourne is seeking a Store Supervisor for 28.75 hours per week across Sunday to Wednesday. You will support the store management team, drive turnover and revenues, and act as an ambassador for the Robert Dyas brand with a strong focus on customer service.

You will lead by example, train colleagues, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure system security and compliant staff practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail supervisory role.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop junior staff.
• Attention to stock, loss prevention and shop presentation.

Responsibilities

• Support store management to drive turnover and revenue.
• Provide high levels of customer service and act as an ambassador for Robert Dyas.
• Assist in training colleagues and maximise team performance with available tools.
• Ensure security and correct use of company systems by all staff.
• Promote high visual merchandising standards and maintain store housekeeping.
• In the absence of the Store/Assistant Manager, take accountability for security and safety.
